CONCERTS & PERFORMANCES

Capacity: 125 seats + additional 25 on the floor on mats. Black box theater with house lights and sound. Dressing rooms, green room, reservations services, and more.

Theater rental: $200 per evening

Lights/Sound/Risers: $150 per event

8 hours tech/dress/rehearsal: $50 per event

House Manager: $50 per show (required – House Manager fee includes small amount of marketing – facebook, emails)

1 Show with Lights/Sound plus 8 hours of tech/dress rehearsal and House Manager: $450

2 Shows with Lights/Sound plus 8 hours of tech/dress rehearsal and House Manager: $700

3 shows with Lights/Sound plus 8 hours of tech/dress rehearsal and House Manager: $950

CONCERT CANCELLATION POLICY: One Month—initial 25% deposit upon signing contract is non-refundable.

Informal Showings : $200 for 2 hours

Mandatory GSS representative $30

Informal showings include the use of the theater space for 2 hours, use of the chairs, boombox. Showings do not include use of risers, house sound/light, reservations, or other amenities. If you are interested in these items please see our Performances option above.

Non-Dance/Arts Events: add $100-$150 to your rental

Mailing List Use (Green Street Studios Events Only)

$50 GSS Members (Once per year) through the mailhouse
